REGISTRATION FOR SNOWCAMPS 2024

WHO MAY ATTEND?

SNOWCAMPS welcomes all 7th and 8th grade students. 9th graders are welcome if they have not previously attended SNOWCAMPS or CAMPS.

COST

$225.00 per camper covers the entire cost of SNOWCAMPS including meals, lodging, snacks, and all activities. (No meal Friday evening)

BUS TRANSPORTATION

Round-trip bus is an additional $60.00 from the following locations

- St. John's School, 19 Chestnut St., Peabody, MA

- Resurrection Parrish, Hingham, MA

(Bus locations are subject to change due to demand.)

PAYMENT & Refund Policy

Payment in full is required at the time of reservation. To pay online, please pay amount due on the application. Payments are non-refundable/non-transferable after February 1st. If you wish to receive a refund before February 1st, CAMPS will honor that wish and refund you the full amount (minus any service fees).

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Do one of the following, depending on whether you are registering for a new account or you already have an account:

If you already have an account, in the Email Address and Password boxes, type your login and password, and then click the LOG IN button.
If you are registering for a new account, click the SIGN UP button

2. In the Email box, type your email address.
3. In the Confirm Email box, type your email address in order to confirm.
4. In the Password box, type the password that you want to use and Confirm Password.
5. Add your participant’s name, gender, and birth date.
6. Click the CONTINUE button. The About You page will appear.
7. Add your name, phone number, and mailing address.
8. Once all information is complete, you are finished signing up and can now register your participant for a session.
Once you have created an account you are now free to register!

During Registration:
**A non-refundable deposit of $225 is required to secure registration. Full balance is due at time of registration. Refunds will be granted before February 1st, 2024 (minus service fee charges). After February 1st, there will be no refunds given for any reason.
**Please note the extra fees are added to your account to cover credit card/bank charges.
